All orders of in stock merchandise will be shipped within 5 business days and priority is given to orders with expedited shipping.If the item is out of stock and we need to place an order with the manufacturer we will notify you with the expected ship date.
Shipping days refers to the time it takes to rach you once your order is shipped and does not include processing time.
UPS and Fed Ex do not ship to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical street address.

Return Policy for Purchases Made at Our Retail Store in Bensalem, PA
All products purchased in our retail store are a Final Sale.
We do not offer returns, credits or exchanges.
Online Purchases Return Policy
The following policies apply to merchandised purchased online and not in our retail store.
Products purchased online can be returned for a full store credit equal to the total cost of the merchandise. Shipping fees are not credited.
Store credit is valued for two years after the date of issue.
Credit can be used at our online store only and not in our retail store
Products purchased online can be returned for a refund minus a 10% re-stocking fee of the total cost of the merchandise. Shipping fees are not refundable.
ALL INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, ANY ORDER SHIPPED OUTSIDE THE UNITED STATES, ARE A FINAL SALE.
1. You must request a return authorization within 3 days of receiving your order. Please email email@example.com to request a return authorization number.
2. After receiving your return Authorization number items must be postmarked within 3 business days. Packages postmarked after 3 business days will be refused.
3. Please be sure that all items returned are in the original condition as received including all tags attached.
4. When we receive your package it can take as long as 5-7 business days to process your refund/store credit.
5. Items marked as “final sale”, “special order” or “sale” are not eligible to be returned and are a final sale only.
6. All under the dress items are a final sale.
